Our Terms and Conditions

Bookings over £150 require a £50 deposit which is fully refundable if cancelled before 48 hour period of your booking.
Quotes are valid for 30 days then subject to change.
Jobs are not booked in and confirmed until deposit is received and confirmed by myself then confirmation email will follow.
Full price of job to be paid if cancelled under 48 hours.
Minimum charge of £80 for bookings.
Client must provide running hot water and electricity on the premises where the service is provided failure to provide these a fee of £20 applies.
Payment must be provided before carpet cleaner leaves the premises.
The client agrees that due to nature of the service the company guarantees to correct any problems within 24 hours of completion.
No refunds but if a serious complaint is made we will come back and clean any areas to clients satisfaction and the client must be present during the re-clean process.
A surcharge of £20 is placed on all work in Essex and London due to travel.
